PROGRAM NOW OUT MM26: 16 September–6 October ...

Join us for a celebration of Djaara creative practice, Culture and the arts. A special opportunity for mob, allies, community and for families and friends, to connect, to participate, and to gather together on Djandak.

DUMAWUL proudly invites you to celebrate Culture and connect with Djaara People and Country at the Malamiya Mang 2026. This unique program of events, of Cultural 'happenings', celebrates the deep connection between Dja Dja Wurrung Country and People (the first nations traditional owners or our regions), from the past, to the here and now.

'Malamiya' means 'long ago' and 'Mang' means 'now' in Djali (Dja Dja Wurrung language). Our program features exhibitions, workshops, tours and ceremony, and all people are welcome to come together in the spirit of sharing, learning and celebrating together.
